As the 2023/2024 season draws to a close with just a handful of games remaining, Bayern Munich briefly shifts its focus to the upcoming campaign, unveiling their new home shirt for the 2024/2025 season, courtesy of adidas.

For the 2023/2024 season, Bayern Munich opted for a predominantly white aesthetic for their home shirt, accented with red elements. However, for the 2024/2025 season, white has been completely eschewed, as red takes center stage. This marks a historic moment for Bayern, as their home jersey now showcases three distinct shades of red, symbolizing "identity, emotion, and the drama of the game."

The incorporation of three distinct shades adds a rich texture to the design, serving as a nod to Bayern's unique status as the only German men's team to have achieved the treble of Bundesliga, DFB Cup, and Champions League victories. This trio of color nuances is not just symbolic but also pays homage to the club's illustrious history.

The texture and interplay of these different shades are further accentuated through a fresh interpretation of the fans' beloved vertical striped motif, which now features Bavarian diamonds.

Fans can anticipate the debut of the new kit during two significant fixtures. Firstly, the Bayern women's team will proudly wear it in their DFB Cup final clash against Wolfsburg on May 9. Subsequently, the men's team will showcase the kit for the first time in their final home match of the season at the Allianz Arena, also against Wolfsburg, three days later.
